Mushroom Honey Prawn

I seem to be on a sea food spree the last few days...to continue with it I have here my Mushroom Honey Prawn. This recipe is for all those who love the sweet n sour curries.I had made this yesterday with some apprehension, for, I was not sure of my husband's selective taste buds...But to be honest, I have nothing left now. He cleaned off the plate with all those parathas!

Now add the pounded ginger, garlic and green chilli, turmeric powder, crushed pepper corns, dhaniya powder and saute it for a couple of minutes.Add Prawns, saute it for 3 minutes followed by mushrooms.Mix everything well and now add milk and water, cover the pan and leave it to cook on medium flame.Add Dill leaves,Tamarind paste and Honey.Mix well.Keep stirring it occasionally and cook it till the water evaporates(nearly 10 minutes) and the masala covers the prawns like a thick coating.Serve it hot with Parathas/Chappathis.

Hi,
There is a brown shade with your blog which makes the reading slightly difficult. Infact the posts are too good. It would be great if you cud remove that brown shade.
Thank you,
