Green Chilli- King Fish Fry
Ingredients
King Fish-250g (cut into pieces)
Green Chilli-5(Hot)
Ginger+Garlic Paste-50g
Curd-2tbsp
Turmeric-1/4tsp
Salt-As required
Oil-As required
Method
Grind Ginger, Garlic , Green chillies, turmeric and salt into a fine paste with curd.Marinate the cleaned fish pieces with the paste and leave it for 15 minutes in the fridge. Now heat oil in a frying pan. Shallow fry the marinated fish pieces,(dont throw the marinade,you may pour the whole Paste into the pan) alternatively flipping the sides till it is well cooked. Serve hot as a side dish along with steamed rice.

That looks super duper yummylicious!!!!!
I always wanted to try without red chilies. But somehow everytime I end up adding redchili powder. Should try your recipe soon!
