I´m new to your blog and i have much interest in other countries food, especially indian. Im from Portugal and i really like this blog. I really like those Dahl with yellow lenthils. Those are my favourite.
Anyway i want to you what kind of biriyani do you do? I have tried lots of recipes and i still havent found the one i´m looking. It was a chicken biriyani but the good port was the ricec flavour. It had a sweet scent and soft taste, it wasnt hot, it was more like a really tastefull rice with a fresh taste. Ill never forget that taste and i wish i could taste it again.
Inspired by two great mothers who are excellent cooks.
