Loved ur methi chicken recipe.Inspired by this,i tried with little variation.I stir fried methi in ghee first and added to chicken curry later to get a dry methi chkn.Loved it both ways.i blogged it in www.nirusfood.blogspot.com.Plz visit when u get some time.
Very nice and "feel @ home" recipes. I was also reading through your mom's blog. She's really good with words. Learnt that you are from chirakkal in kannur. Me from kannur too (azhicode). Your son is a cutie :).
dont remember seeing a chicken curry that looks so rich!! am reading food blogs since morning and it almost feels like I had three meals already!!;-D
