    Method

Marinate the turkey pieces with red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.Cook it partially.(I microwaved it for 5 minutes). Now prepare the batter with Gram flour, adding water gradually to make a uniform, moderately thick batter.Add ginger, grlic, green chillies, onion, garam masala, cumin powder, aamchoor, and salt to it and mix them well. Now Heat oil in a wok.Once the oil starts smoking, dip the turkey pieces in the batter and deep fry in the oil. When the sides have become golden brown, shift it to a paper towel to dry off the excess oil.Now serve it hot with tomato sauce or any other chutney of your choice. You can make sevral other dishes with Turkey like
